Check out the progress of "The Ponderosa" - our rammed limestone 2 story house on 10 acres of bush at Northcliffe, in the South West of Western Australia.

STAGE V - interior

Thanks to Chris Lawrence for doing the tiling in our bathroom,
Reedie for his continuing plumbing expertise and his high standard of work,
and thanks also Gavin (JD) Walker for doing the laundry and some great evening jam sessions.
We now have a toilet that flushes, a hot spa anytime we want it, and a shower ... on ya Reedie !!!

STAGE IV - The house is finally to lock up!

Special thanks to Manjimup Glass, Julio and the crew did a great job with the windows.
We'd also like to thank Reedie from  JPReed Plumbing & Gas for doing the plumbing. He's done a top job.
Also thanks to Tony from Mal Armstrong's crew, Abe Shields and Roy Winderbank for their help too.

STAGE III - the roof is on ...

We'd like to thank Pete Blaszeka again for doing the footings,
Mal Armstrong
for carting the timber flitches and poles,
Mick Fonty for his crane and many thanks to Terry Martin at RTS Southwest
for supplying all the framing structure and roof, and sorting out all the engineering..
Thanks also to Glen Murphy for the epic scaffolding supply and erection.
A very special thank you from Danielle and myself to Gavin Reynolds and his team, Luke and Reese ...
for putting up the massive bushpoles, all the wallframes, that HUGE structural beam , and the roof.
Gavin's cheerful "can-do" attitude  made it a very positive and relatively painless process !!
We are extremely pleased with the result.
